SHIPPING POLICY

At Bloomly, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door.

Estimated delivery time is 8-11 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Bloomly shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Courier service delays
• Adverse weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Strikes or industrial action
• Civil unrest
• Customs or regulatory inspections
• High shipping volumes
• Force majeure events
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery dates provided are estimates only and should not be regarded as guaranteed delivery dates.

INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Bloomly shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied during checkout.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once an order has been handed to the courier and marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer, Bloomly shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

ORDER ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the courier.
