Returns & Refunds Policy

The Bloomly Period Belt is a personal hygiene product.

Change of Mind Returns

Any change-of-mind return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, products with broken hygiene seals, opened packaging, signs of wear, washing, use, staining, odors, or damage are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective under applicable law.

Defective Products

Products that are genuinely defective may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error.
